PRODUCT EXCHANGE
In case my feltboots product did not meet Your expectations and You wish to exchange size, colour or model please follow our Product Exchange Policy:
1. contact us by e-mail info@myfeltboots.com with information:
- your Name, Surname, delivery date
- product you have purchased, its Size, Colour and Article Number which you find on shipping box label
- information to which exact product You wish to make exchange: size, colour, model, embroidery (include the link from our online shop www.myfeltboots.com )
- reason of exchange (only for our further improvement sake)
2. we will confirm Your exchange by sending You a confirmation e-mail. If Your desired product is sold out we will offer similar product (it may be different colour or embroidery but required size). We will make a reservation of required product as soon as you do the shipment for exchange and send us the Tracking Number. Other wise we can not guarantee the required model, size, colour or pattern. Please note, we are not responsible for any damages during shipping.
3. in case Your wish to exchange to diverse model and price is not equal you have paid an extra payment will be arranged by sending you an invoice.
4. products are exchanged to Your requested size (just which is standard in our range) within 5 working days after Your package delivery date and Your payment for shipping and duty fees if this apply.
5. shipping costs for exchange are at Your expenses and will not be refunded - including duty fees if they apply such – in this case we will provide you an invoice for an extra payment.
6. it is a compulsory refunded product to be in original packaging (only stick a new recipient and sender addresses on the same package), strictly unworn, spoiled, damaged or other way treated improperly what could call decrease in visual quality. Original box and labels on the product are as a must. Our employees will strongly control refunded products technical and visual quality.
7. if visual quality of exchanged products has decreased, exchange will not be executed. In this case you will get an e-mail with the exact reason. We do not take any responsibility if You ignored our recommendations and did not read this Product Exchange Policy even those we provided You such opportunity. Non-exchanging products will be shipped back to You at your own expenses and we provide you an invoice for payment.
We will do our best to ship Your exchanged product to You as soon as possible.

PRODUCT RETURN AND REFUND
In case our cosy products did not meet Your expectations You may refund or exchange products following our Return Policy:
1. contact us by e-mail info@myfeltboots.com with information:
- your Name, Surname, purchase date
- product you have purchased, its Size, Colour and Article Number which you find on shipping box label
- reason of return (only for our further improvement sake)
2. returns are accepted within 45 calendar days since You got a package. You have 45 days from the delivery date to bring Your return to the Post, therefore it means parcel needs to be postmarked within these 45 days.
3. we accept only registered package with a mailing service that has a Tracking Number. Tracking number is compulsory to send to us by e-mail info@myfeltboots.com . Once the products are returned to us in the original and unused condition and inspected, we will process the refund. Please note, we are not responsible for any damages during shipping.
4. shipping costs for return are at Your expenses and will not be refunded (including duty fees if they apply such).

6. provide Your account iban/ swift in case of refund. We guarantee Your account details will not be used on other purposes than refund. Money for product is refunded to your prescribed account within 14 working days after delivery day. Be aware shipping costs nor duty fees are not refunded.
7. if visual quality of refunded products has decreased, money will not be refunded. In this case you will get an e-mail with the exact reason. We do not take any responsibility if You ignored our recommendations and did not read this Product and Return Policy even those we provided You such opportunity. Non-refunded products will be shipped back to You (if you wish so) at your own expenses (we provide you an invoice for payment).
